Ah, so Cait Sith still has some video feed going when he's off? I was confused at first before realizing that makes more sense for security reasons (because er, yeah, would be bad to have Cait Sith "off" and have something drastic happen in the meantime).
But yes! I like this idea. And haha, I think Aqualung came to mind because it was one of the few Enemy Skills I actually did manage to collect on my last playthrough (I'm always terrible at that). It does stand out as the only water element spell, though as I reading this actually makes it super useful if you do have it, as then few enemies are made strong/immune to Water damage.
